Wii Play For Nintendo Wii
There are many great games for the Nintendo Wii, and one of our favorites is called “Wii Play“. Wii Play is a compilation of a bunch of mini games. This one game gives you many little games to play. This could keep a person busy for hours!
Shooting Range
In the shooting range you aim to shoot a variety of different items. There are soda cans, targets, ducks (like in “Duck Hunt”), UFO’s and frisbees. Shooting these targets, and missing the targets of the Mii characters, will give you points. If you hit a Mii target then points are deducted.
Find Mii
Find Mii is a game a lot like the board game “Guess Who”. In Find Mii you are given certain details of what to look for among the swarming crowd of Mii’s. These Miis can be sitting, walking, swimming, running, etc. What you have to do is spot the Mii which fits the description you are given.
Table Tennis
Table Tennis is the game of table tennis. Easy enough, huh? You use the Wii remote like its the paddle and just hit away at the ball. As you probably already know, the very same rules apply. The only difference is that its played on a TV and you don’t hit a ball. It’s very realistic and saves you from buying your own Ping Pong table that will collect dust.
Laser Hockey
This is a two player game. It’s like air hockey. You’re players are the little stick you move to protect your goal, and the laser is the puck. You need to deflect the laser light and get it into your opponents goal to score a point. A great game if you like to move around a little as you play. We had so much great time messing with this game it’s not even funny. I think my brother accidentally kicked a table leg if I remember correctly. Good times.
Fishing
Well, to be honest with you, this one is fairly obvious. You go fishing. You use the Wii remote like a fishing rod. It’s kind of funny as you don’t use any rope or anything, just wave around the remote. The goal is to catch a certain fish and when you do you yank the Wii remote upwards to reel the fish in.
Billiards
Players play 9 ball billiards. All the rules are the same as regular billiards. You are just using a Wii controller instead of a pool stick. Its a nice 3D game played on the Wii.
There are a couple of other games found on Wii Play for the Nintendo Wii, but these are most of them. And, these are the most popular. Wii Play is a great game for people of all ages. I can almost guarantee that you and your family will love it. I know mine certainly did!
